Don Winter is Co-founder of Encompass Media Group which was formed in 2001. Don has over 25 years of experience in the advertising industry. Prior to forming Encompass Media Group, Don has owned and operated several media entities including magazines and college based media. Don has also served as president of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, and is currently on their Executive Board, while also serving on the Board of Directors and adviser of several privately held companies.Email Don
Adam is a 22 year veteran in the outdoor advertising industry who co-founded Encompass Media Group 15 years ago. Prior to co-founding EMG, Adam was President of Sales at an outdoor advertising company that was owned by GE Capital that specialized in advertising on fleets of trucks and was the leader in the category. Prior to GE, Adam ran sales for Adshell USA, a Clear Channel company, that sold transit shelter advertising in Westchester County, NY, Palm Beach County, FL and Washington DC.Email Adam
